- How do I check in?
- We send detailed check-in instructions the day before arrival. Most homes use a keyless lock with a code unique to your stay.
- What if something goes wrong during my stay?
- Call or message us directly — we have someone on call through your stay and can usually have help on-site within an hour.
- Do you allow pets?
- Some of our homes are pet-friendly and some are not. The property page calls it out; if you're not sure, just ask.
